Pros: Close to subway and trams. 15 minutes to city center. Better than staying in crowded tourist area.
Better value than staying in tourist area in old city. New facilities for lower price.
Good breakfast. Clean. Quiet. Pleasant staff.
Cons: Beds d/n have pillow tops and are too hard. Beds not real doubles but twins put together.
Ask price of laundry before handing it over. I was charged 65 euros for one small load!
Air conditioning d/n work one hot night. I slept very little. Staff tried to make me comfortable by bringing a fan. After much haggling with the staff, I was refunded only 25 euros for this experience.

Excellent hotel a little way out from the centre but it's easy and pleasant to get about in Vienna. Only downside was that the air-con was feeble one night. The staff were very helpful and said they don't normally get such hot weather. In any event the next night it was cooler, perhaps they managed to do something. The breakfast is excellent, premium ingredients, no sneaky cost cutting. The staff are friendly and helpful. I liked staying there.
