Hotel Kaiserpark Schonbrunn - Vienna, Austria     

The pluses: Kaiserpark Sch?nbrunn has the friendliest staff I have ever met. They really make an effort to know and to serve their guests. The breakfat is good. The location is good: Subway station is close by and of course the Sch?nbrunn palace is only a short walk away. It is an old building and therefore the rooms are very tall. The rooms facing the inner courtyard are totally quiet. The minuses: I don't think it is really a 4 star hotel, as it says. In my opinion Kaiserpark Sch?nbrunn is a good 3 stars hotel. Only the rooms facing the street have air-conditioning. The rooms facing the inner courtyard do not have air-conditioning. This might be inconvenient during the summer. The beds could be more comfortable. I have a bad back, so a comfortable bed is important for me. This bed was definitelly not the worst hotel bed I have experienced, but it was not very comfortable either. It was a bit on the hard side. Our room had a miniscule television.
