Very convenient location. Close to tram,bus,subway. Bad experience with the taxi driver who charged 28.50 euro from train station to hotel while when we found return trip to train station was only 7.50 euro. Should have asked the receipt from the driver or asked the hotel front desk about the taxi fares. Hotel has very ordinary breakfast only. No restaurant for dinner or lunch facility. Bar prices are very nominal. Old hotel needs renovation. Bath tubs do not drain well and leaky shower heads.

very nice staff. Easy to catch the public transport. The receptionist said my Internet bill was too high, This was because they charge so much. very expensive. All round a nice hotel and friendly staff.

The price I've booked (70 Euro/night - double room including breakfast) was a great deal for a 4 stars hotel. The location is good, quite near the center (and 100m from the Municipal Hospital of Vienna, where I had work to do). The reality is that rooms are at a quality of a 3 stars hotel (kind of oldish furniture, cheap, old TV, bathroom without bath tube, only shower).

Not directly in the city centre but excellent public transport facilities(underground station, tram across main road) Property needs refurbishment Dogs in the reception area (or in the courtyard)smelly rather than noisy Funny that mirrors in the corridors are for people above avarage height
