- I did not ever receive a confirmation from [-] (to this day I'm not certain which website I used to book the reservation) and scrambled to find another hotel one day before our trip. I emailed her directly, explaining that I was never sent the confirmation, and therefore did not know I had a confirmed reservation. After three very professional, timely emails from her, she understood my situation and said that she would not charge me for the un-cancelled rooms.
