We enjoyed this beautiful hotel. 15 minuted walk from the heart of Vienna. Belvedere Palace is few minutes away and we loved it. The hotel room was very spacious and confortable. It had everything we might need. Huge bathroom with a good hairdryer! Excellent buffet breakfast.

The hotel had 1 problem: housekeeping! Every day someone new did our room. They did not change sheets for 5 days (strange for a 4 star hotel). The furniture was often not put back in place after cleaning, windows left wide open all day. The day we left we had to fight to get them to take off the breakfast charge, as they had promised us.

The reception area was very comfortable for meeting up to discuss our plans for the day and we were made to feel very welcome. The staff was extremely friendly and the room on the inner courtyard was promised to be quiet. Their breakfasts were awesome.
