This hotel has absolutely no elavators. No Air conditioning. Staff is only helpful if pushed. Their reason for no a/c is they feel you don't need it! Getting your bags up 2 flights of steps is not something you want to really do on vacation. So far from anything that taxi's don't even come out unless your willing to pay the extra fee.
