This is a good tourist hotel, but probably worth 3*, not 4, as service and staff is below 4* standard. Also, it will take you 40 minutes to go downtown, even if the hotel is close to the Metro.
If you don't like group of tourist, don't go there..
However, room are large and very clean, breakfast is very good.
