Guitart Central Park II - Lloret de Mar, Spain 

OH MY GOD JUST STAY AWAY(EXPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE LITTLE KIDS) This place really was the holliday FROM HELL! Booked here all inc for a week with my husband and two small children(4 and 8 months) was given a room wich you couldn't swing a cat in seriously it was rediculous. we were there 5 minutes before we discovered the balcony window wich my 4 year old son dicovered by pulling back the curtain and i was MORTIFIED. Can you imagine the stress. So immediately our room was changed so off we went with the new key to open the door and to our HORROR find people already living in this appartment! YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP!!! So again we needed another room. which we were given and it was just awful. it was just the most patheticaly small room with 2 tiny small beds we had no room to walk round them we literaly had to climb over the beds, the bathroom was so small you could only open it half way and it was so dirty as you can imagine if they didn't see the smashed door they obviously don't clean them well.i was so upset i just cried. we went for dinner and was pushed and shoved by the spannish and german people the staff were very unwelcoming and watching you like a hawk. Believe me i am not a fussy eater i like range and love to sample all local food, here it was discusting and nothing whatsoever for my 2 boys they don't cater for children at all. The staff were watching us like hawks i don't no what they think we were going to do! on our first and only night we were petrified as the balcony door didn't have a lock and the kids could get out there and there was a gap about 12cm long we were scared stupid with the boys. Luckily my parents were staying at the COSTA ENCONTADA and the next morning they came to see us and were discusted and scared for our boys safety so we went with them and booked the rest of our holiday there.And we had aFantastic time and the boys were well catered for. I recomend the COSTA ENCONTADA to everyone.We were so happy to be here but after spending all our money on all inclusive at the other place we struggled but still had a fantastic time.We made no complaints to the guitart central park as we were sooooooo glad to get away from it and lost out on a lot but the costa encontada was well worth it. I had read the reviews before going to the guitart central park and took NO NOTICE and just thoght god some people can be so fussy and childish which is why i am writing this as a WARNING as i took no notice BUT THEY ARE THERE FOR A REASON. And the pictures looked so enchanting, i didn't see any of the nice things, didn't have time too. so remember YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

After booking this hotel and reading some terrible reviews i was worried what i was going to be turning up to. However, the hotel was fine, we stayed in a basic room however it was clean, and lets face it you don't go on holiday just for the hotel and if you do you book a 5* not a 3*. The food was fine too, something there for everyone. The staff were fine too, most spoke good english and were helpful at the reception. The pools were great, clean and large! Just what you want to cool down if it's hot! So don't be fooled by what you read, if you're after a cheap deal in a nice hotel this is great!
