The Jedermann is located a 15 minutes walk out off the city centre. Our room was refurbished recently and was clean and functional. Staff is unobtrusive. Breakfast is average. The Jedermann is a good choice when (on the whitsun festival weekend) Salzburg's hotel rates are high.

I stayed in the Hotel Jedermann with my wife and tweenage kids in October 07. We had a reasonably spacious suite with enough beds for 4 in 2 rooms. Furniture is modern and comfortable. In contrast to the outside and the Old town of Salzburg, which is within 15 mins walking distance. Some parking available, but we walked from station. The staff will organise maps and tours on request.
Breakfast included, reasonable variety and food was good quality. Self service coffee and tea from a coffee maker.
The only strange thing about the room was the translucent door and wall for the bathroom. You do not want to be shy if sharing suite with friends I guess. However, good value for money and good location. Plenty of food and drink close by.
