Grand SPA Resort A-ROSA Kitzbuhel - Kitzbuhel, Austria 

This was way above what I had expected. I was miffed that the White Horse Inn was closed, having enjoyed their level of service before, but this place - although VERY big by comparison - was faultless. The level of service could not have been bettered; the food was way above anything you would expect to find when the dreaded word 'buffet' is mentioned. Forget it. This food was exceptional. I believe the Spa was just as good -a lthough I was ill during our stay and could not use it . The doctor was found and a car provided without a murmur. The staff knew us by name everywhere we went. Go. Be spoiled. I was very impressed indeed - I thought the Bauer Palazzo in Venice would be hard to top but this place pushes it!

Unsre Freunde hatten schon von A-ROSA vorgeschwärmt, also kamen wir mit hohen Erwartungen an. Aber auch wir mit unseren beiden Kindern (3 und7 Jahre alt) waren begeistert! Der 3000qm große Spa-Bereich mit Fitnessraum war genauso für die Kinder toll wie für uns, der Kinderclub gefiel den Kindern so gut, dass sie gleich zweimal dort Abendessen wollten. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, dass Badezimmer mit einer wunderschönen Spa-Dusche und die Aussenanlage ist auch perfekt. Obwohl es so groß ist, bemerkt man die vielen Gäste kaum und kann sich einfach rundum wohl fühlen. Wir wollen bald wiederkommen!
