I managed to get an excellent rate at this hotel - € 80 - I guess that as it was a Sunday night, they were not too busy. My only dissapointment was that when I arrived, at around 7pm, there was nobody on duty, I had to go looking and it was several minutes before the receptionist arrived. I guess this is a common problem in Belgium, the labour laws are quite strict, it is difficult lo sack people, so as a consequence, hotels are usually run with an absolute minimum of staff. This issue aside, the hotel proved to be very comfortable, had free WiFI so that I could work effectively without being gouged for it. The breakfast is good too, plenty of choice and a comfortable dining room. I would certainly stay here again, providing I wasn't paying the full whack - around 250 € is the usual rate.
