My wife and I got to the hotel in the evening before supper and they couldn't find our reservation. Apparently the internet was down all day, so we went to go find supper. We came back 2 hours later and the computers were still done. They let us into a room without taking payment since I was able to show my laptop screen with the reservation. The following day at breakfast, my wife had about 25 minutes to eat breakfast before needing to catch a bus into town. We waited 15 minutes in the cramped and small business lounge for a table to open up. The staff was overworked and wouldn't aknowleldge us (we are American's). Finally we left and let the front desk know, but they wouldn't do anything. Apparently they had 4 tour busses trying to eat between 7 and 7:45. But we need to eat also! Otherwise the hotel was located in an easy to find location and clean. It was easy to get into town taking the bus stop around the corner from the hotel. That allowed us to keep our car in their lot without paying for parking downtown, even if we started off with no breakfast.....

average hotel only. reception staff not very helpful. breakfast was good although not much choice in the restaurant for an evening meal if you wanted to eat there. a bit way out from centre of innsbruck.
