This is a good standard Austrian hotel, very clean, with excellent customer service. They even checked out bus times for us overnight when we made a last minute enquiry. Set in a stunning town - amazing scenery, beautiful cafes and restaurants, very good value. Bad Ischl is a real find - it is no wonder the Austrians try and keep it for themselves.

Die zentrale Lage spricht sehr für dieses Hotel, auch die reiche Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet lässt den Tag gut beginnen. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte sich etwas bemühter zeigen. Die Zimmerausstattung bedarf der Überholung.
