Blesius Garten - Trier, Germany 

This was everything we expected - a clean and comfortable room, friendly and attentive staff, and excellent beer brewed on site. The small pool and sauna area were clean and warm, although the standard German convention of only using a sauna when fully unclothed applies, so the sauna isn't for the faint-hearted! Although the hotel is not in the very centre of Trier, it is only about €6 in a taxi, and the peaceful location only adds to the atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Dieses Hotel hatte alles, was wir erwarteten: Ein sauberes, komfortables Zimmer, freundliches, aufmerksames Personal und ausgezeichnetes, selbst gebrautes Bier. Der kleine Pool- und Saunabereich war sauber und warm, allerdings kommt auch hier die deutsche Angewohnheit zum Tragen, die Sauna nur in vollständig entkleidetem Zustand benutzen zu dürfen, was nicht unbedingt für schüchterne Seelen geeignet ist! Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht im Zentrum von Trier, aber mit dem Taxi sind es nur 6 Euro in die Stadt, und die friedliche Lage trägt zu der Atmosphäre des Hotels bei. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten.
