The location was good, new deminsion design was great and the house keeper was also very polite and helpful. The staff were very nice and the one thing I didnt like was the waiting before check-in. The rooms were clean and the mattress was comfortable.

Breakfast was poor and we got a very similar response in the morning from the manager. Swimming pool almost useless as was never on the sun.

Big deal was poor internet connection never could get better during our stay and the staff at the Sheraton Bur Dubai were excellent. Room Service was good.
