I am a tour leader and i was staying in this hotel for over a month, while i was receiving groups. Maybe its one of cheapest 4 star hotels in Dubai, and the fact that its a new one, makes it seem clean. But first of all not all the standard rooms are the same in size. That was one reason i had problems with my groups. And i mean that some standard rooms are half! the size of others. There is one night club in mid floor of the hotel with no sound-proof system. If you stay in this hotel at least try to avoid rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor cause youll feel the walls and your bed shaking all night long. The club (by the law) turns off the music at 3 am and then the lobby fills with drunk ppl and they usually have fights inside the hotel. In the top floor there is another club that has prostitutes (young girls from Asia). The hotel service is very bad, you may have to ask again again and again for simple things...like a power adaptor and sometimes you may never get it. Most of the hotel staff looks very grumpy. One more thing that occurred is when the hotel manager informed that they couldn't accommodate 2 ppl from my group because there where no rooms left (Of course the rooms were booked weeks ago). I was willing to give my room to these ppl and stay awake the whole night waiting in the lobby for the early morning check outs to see if the hotel could give me a room ...when suddenly at 5 am another group of 40 ppl arrived and they ALL did their check in without any problem. The worst thing that happened while i was staying in Ramee Royal is when my final group was checking out from the hotel and the receptionist realized that 2 passports where missing. The whole group went to the airport while i stayed for 2 more days in Dubai, going from the police department to the embassy and then again to the immigration department trying to help the poor ppl to get a new passport! If you stay in Ramee Royal or any other hotel in Dubai don't allow the hotel reception to keep your passports. Once the check in process is done, ask for your passport to be returned.

These structure in reality is a music club with rooms just above it. They play loudly 7 days a week! The wardrobe in my room was literally shaking! Its position has not got anything particularly convenient too. I would never return there.

Keep Away At All Cost

We stayed or i should say rather booked in for 6 nights, we moved rooms every night for the first 3 nights and then decided to cut our losses and just leave, No matter what floor or room you stay in, in this hotel the noise is TERRIBLE, televisions falling off walls due to the vibrations from the discoand piano bar, not one minutes sleep in those 3 days and the managment do not give a damm. Had raw chicken served to us in restaurant, but was still charged for the meal. Staff are nice but get no back up from management, looked tru the guest comments book on checking out ,only sorry i didn't do it on checking in, every page was filled with complaints of the noise. If you want to see how long you can function without sleep then this is the place for you.

- The main drawback with hotel is getting taxi in the afternoon, I wait for more than 5 hours to get taxi through the reception, even if you go out in the street on Taxi come, this is a big probelm Hotel admunstration need to do an action on it.<br>- Nigh clud is too noisy, form the firt night we been the hotel we expeice too much noise, we move to another room to overcome this, I been in many hotels worrdwide no nigh club permited to be in the middle of the hotel this is redicluse.<br>- the hotle charge us 100 EMD to go to sharja airport, many hotels give it free as part of servies.<br>-rooms is clean,confortable especial the bed it is really excelent.
