The stay for 11 days was the best hotel stay i have had, a room was quickly found for us thanks to the excellent work of the housekeeping staff.

The service was very slow and the only strange thing was the complimentary breakfast.

Very good location and then crossing on one of the very cheap ferries. This Hotel was brilliant, all the food was bay far the best we have ever eaten on holiday and the staff were very helpful. Bathroom was lovely and enjoyed the Russian restaurant great entertainment.
