Our whole hotel is accessible for wheel chairs. The hotel entrance has a ramp and we have special rooms for the disabled: the bathroom is equipped, door is wider, bed is normal size. The room offers space for two guests.

Downtown location excellent and the staff are extremely helpful in organising taxis around dubai. Sraff are very nice they welcomed us to stay 5 pm due to our flight cancellation and good service are the main reasons for me going there time after time. All Day Dining food is tasty, the pool is shared.

The prices are high, they realised that they made a mistake a normal room is booked for me.
