The Pearl Continental Hotel Apartment is endowed with magnificent suites, a fabulous ambiance, interesting views and charming suite of amenities and personable staff to add to the delight of staying. Pearl-Continental Hotel Apartment is strategically located in Media City, Tecom on Sheikh Zayed Road opposite the Mall of Emirates and very near to the commercial and entertainment district of Dubai including Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Knowledge Village, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Marina, Madinat Jumeirah, Wild Wadi and Dubai Financial Centre. It is on close proximity to the upcoming Burj District which has the tallest building and the largest mall in the World.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children
All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged AED 150.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

No deposit will be charged.
Extra charges
VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Buffet breakfast costs AED 65.00 per person.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
To be honest, these apartments are even better than they sound. In addition to the number of bedrooms they report, there is usually a maid quarters, which is basically another bedroom. The quality of the furniture, kitchen assessories, etc, is excellent. Give them a call and tell them what you want, and they can likely accomodate - baby sitters, flowers, etc. No problem! They can also help with visas, if you need this assistance (& we did).
