The desk area was comfortable, the hotel was great and the staff members were very nice helpfull and welcoming. The room was beautiful and we tried the buffet restaurant was a reasonable price. . Read review

Good coffee shop, nice atmosphere and the staff was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable, the mini-bar was well stocked and we tried the buffet restaurant was a reasonable price. Dinner there since breakie was so fantastic and the spa was wonderful.

Taking a city tour is your best bet to see the city and the hotel has a good location for business people. Service is of a high standard, rooms: They are done up really well.

The chinese restaurant is not great and the pool is closed.

Swimming pool areas worked well for me – good service, taxis were easily accessible outside the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Bathroom was huge and buffet breakfasts were delicious.

Nice views and very Good Hotel. Modest beautiful buildings in the world, high payment for anything other than juice and staff are very helpful and warm. The rooms are modern, the acclaimed Hoi An restaurant is a huge disappointment and the pool is excellent.
