It was a great hotel with a great location. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a higher rating is the second night we were there one of the 3 bars in the hotel was playing extremely loud,thumping music late into the night. We even called the front desk at about 1:30-2am and they said they would look into it, but with no change.

Hello Hi There When I Reached the Airport No one came to pic me up even i have sent the e-mail for my flight details on 8-11-08 they also didn't reply my e-mail i was calling from Dubai Airport my cell phone to the hotel using Roming Service Approximatly i Spend 50$ they said we will check if we have any driver Avelable now there near to air port call us back after 10 minuts 8 to 12 time i called i told them no one Avelable let me knoe i can come on taxi then they give me Driver MR.Jhone) Mobile no to call him he is there i called him from my cell he toldi am of duty now i will be on duty night time only and i was there for three days i had only once break fast becaus quality of food(Break Fast Was Very Bad that's whay other twodays i went an other hotel to have my break fast Thanks & BestRegards

Booked very little time in advance during a peak business period (GITEX exhibition), this hotel offered reasonable pricing and fair prestations in exchange for some concessions. The hotel area is definitely not the best as it is known as the nightly "hot" Dubai (not referring to the local weather), remaining fairly noisy late at night. I took the previous comment suggesting to request a room at 4th floor or higher and strongly support this. Extensive wireless internet coverage, at a reasonnable charge (10Dhm/h Oct/2008)

i would say the hotel was good value for the money paid, staff are welcoming and friendly. my room was spacious and ok, with a small bed, way above what i expected. i would surely go back. it could be noisy thou cause of nite club down stairs.i'll say top floor is top quality.
