I'VE BEEN GONE SHOPPING IN EMIRATES MALL FOR MANY TIMES BUT I'VE NEVER CHECK IN THE HOTEL I NEVER KNEW HOW IT LOOKS LIKE FROM THE INSIDE BUT I THINK IT'S NICE

I advise you not to try it (Poor Hygeine) !!!

We have just returned from a shameful vacation where we stayed in Kimpenski Hotel Mall of Emirates Dubai ! We have chosen to pay more for 2 Grand Deluxe Rooms in order to make sure that we have a real nice time ! Despite that fact , the experience was VERY BAD . The rooms were simply dirty ! Despite the fact that we complained on more than one occasion to the house keeping that the rooms and bathrooms are not clean , they still could not raise the level of hygeine to suit a 5 stars hotel . Its a shame that such a nice hotel is being run by such a staff .. <br>For people who care about the hygiene of thier beds and bathrooms , I advise you not to try this hotel !
