Minotel Lauria - , Spain 

Stayed at the Hotel Lauria for one night in late June and had a great stay.An ideal location on one of the main streets of Tarragona,smart efficient receptionists,nice little pool to cool off in and a large spotless room with a lovely sea view,all for around ?60!!!.Even the drinks at the bar were well priced.Will definitely stop here again on my next visit to Tarragona.

Hotel Lauria is located on a highly pedestrian, main street in Tarragona. It's in the middle of lots of shopping and dining, and is within a few minutes' walk to the sea. The value is incredible. We had a huge, clean room, with a large bathroom -- shower, tub, sink, toilet -- all for only 64 euros per night. The staff was friendly and helpful, with the front desk open all day and night. And they have free wi-fi in the lobby and reception area. We stayed only one night, but I'd definitely book there again if we ever go back, and would be comfortable staying a whole week. If you arrive by car, drive on Rambla Nova, turn on the tiny side street Lauria, and stop in front of the door of the hotel. Call or get someone from the front desk. They'll come help with getting your car to the underground carpark, which costs 10 euros per night.
