Hotel Monopole & Apartments details: Our hotel has clean and pleasant rooms, all with a T.V. Most of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom. The rooms without shower are cheaper. You share the shower with only one other room. The shower is just outside the room

we were badly ripped off then threatened with police action so i write this review,i wouldnt let my dog sleep in the undersized sweaty little hell hole rooms they have ,the staff are rude and nosy and people like that dont deserve to run a bussiness of any sort .....dont go your better off on the streets

I have just returned from Monopole Apartments in Amsterdam. HUGE disapointment. The weather was really cold and no heating in the apartment, our kitchen table was a radiator cover with two odd chairs, the view was off another apartment being decorated. Even though the email confirmation stated we would have a view of the canal. The whole place was a building site from the products piled up in te narrow hallways to the bags of industrial waste stacked everywhere.This is our 6th time in Amsterdam and there will certainly be a 7th but our accomadation will be no where near the Monopole.
