We chose this hotel specifically because we wanted more than just a room for our trip and we were very happy with our choice. We had what can only be described as an apartment on the 5th floor - hall, bedroom, bathroom and livingroom/kitchen. All very clean, very comfortable, nicely done and very pleasant, for the price of an average hotel room. Room service was a problem as the attached restaurant had a convention running so wasn't operating. However, there is a 24 hour store opposite for basics and plenty of cafes and restaurants. We made our own breakfast everyday and ate out otherwise. We particularly recommend the stunning Chinese restaurant - Hot Spot - on the adjacent street. The hotel is just up from a metro station (Adenauer Platz) and there are plenty of buses -including one for Tegel Airport.. Getting to the main attractions was easy and quick. We found the staff helpful and kind. The pool, fitness room and sauna were excellent. We would definitely stay there again - the sense of space was wonderful.
