Hotel Seifert Berlin - Berlin, Germany     

We are a five-member family and we stayed at Hotel Seifert/Berlin for 5 nights. The hotel is in a very good location. We are very pleased with the personel, it is very friendly and helpful. Our room was big, tall, clean, quite and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the prices very nice. Our overall experience is Excellent! Ioannis Koutsouridis Thessaloniki, Greece

This hotel is located 2 blocks from Kurfurstendamm, near shops, restaurants, and transportation to everywhere in Berlin. It's about a 10 minute walk to Zoo Garten (or you can take bus 249 around the corner) which is a major transportation hub and trains to Schonefeld airport stop here. The street was fairly quiet although sometimes we could hear some noise but it was not bad. The hotel is located in an older building and you have to go up one level (take stairs or elevator) to the reception. The room for 3 persons was large and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was small but also very clean. They lacked toiletries so be sure to bring your own. Sometimes the water temperature did change during your shower but otherwise good water pressure. The breakfast selection was very good, with cold meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, coffee, juice, tea, hot scrambled eggs, boiled eggs. Breakfast is served in a large bright room off the reception area. The staff at reception are very helpful, friendly and patient. They can give suggestions on where to eat, transportation to take, sights to see. They can even sell tickets for the tranportation and Welcome Berlin cards. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to others.
