Park Plaza Wallstreet Berlin is a new contemporary 4-star hotel in the heart of Berlin close to Alexanderplatz, Potsdam Square and the Reichstag.

The hotel was inspired by New York's famous Stock Exchange and offers 167 design-led rooms from superior and executive rooms to suites.

Other facilities include a restaurant, bar, two meeting rooms for up to 300 delegates, one boardroom and a private cinema which is ideal for product launches, movie premieres and events. Health club and gym facilities are available.

Das Wallstreet Park Plaza ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Von der Station Märkisches Museum (3 Minuten) kommt man mit der U2 zu allen wichtigen Knotenpunkten. Die Idee, den Einrichtungsstil der New Yorker Börse nachzuempfinden ist schon mal etwas anderes, aber Teppiche, Betten und Schränke in weiß sollten entweder gut gepflegt oder sauber sein; Stoffbezüge der Betten wirkten schmuddelig, auf dem Teppich ist bestimmt schon der ein oder andere Saft bzw. Wein verschüttet worden und auf den weiß lackierten Schränken waren diverse Abdrücke zu erkennen. Warscheinlich ist das auch normal in einem Hotelzimmer, kommt aber im Park Plaza durch die weißen Möbel besonders zur Geltung. Das Zimmer war nicht groß, aber auch nicht winzig like London. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Dennoch würde ich das Hotel nicht wieder besuchen oder empfehlen; die Idee "Wallstreet" ist unspektakulär in Szene gesetzt und das Mobilar wirkte etwas verbraucht.
