Where do you start with this place? We had booked for two nights but were glad we cancelled the second night before we arrived. First, there's the location. The letterhead says Heath Lane, Kidderminster. Dear reader, it isn't. Think "in the middle of nowhere, 3.5 miles from Kidderminster" A previous TripAdvisor respondent described this property as a high class Travelodge. I think Travelodge may wish to refer this to their legal people unless they too are happy with slamming doors at all hours (no bedroom door handles so they slam shut), late diners revving up and driving off in the early hours, uncomfortable beds and cheap fixtures and fittings. Oh, and if you like full English breakfasts awash in fat, this is the place for you. This is basically a restaurant with rooms and the main midweek business is reps. Not a rep? Forget it.

Excellent accommodation and incredible food for the prices. Lovely setting and the place itself looks very clean and modern 'Basic' accommodation is similar to a Premier Inn or Travelodge room, but much, much nicer. Bathroom was stunning. Food in the hotel restuarant was superb. We chose off the 'Winter Menu' (a la carte also available but more expensive). Cost was around £16 per person for 3 courses. 5 star food but 'everyday' portion sizes. Breakfast was included with room price. Full english, as per evening meal was exellent. The continental buffet was slightly limited, although this didn't matter too much as the Full English was very filling! Was booked as a belated Valentines gift for me by my boyfriend. Felt very spoiled, but didn't feel too guilty as the price was so good! Staff were exceptionally friendly also. Will definately visit again.
