Spent 4 nights here and it was everything we could of asked for. The Hotel is set back of the main road a little bit and as has been said before Taxi drivers do have a little difficulty finding it. I recommend just directing them towards Khao San Road and having a little patience. The Hotel map in Thai is always handy to have with you. As for Taxis always make sure the Meter is turned on. Our transfer from the airport including toll was only 300 Baht.
The hotel itself is clean and tidy and is a great base to explore the many sights around this area such as Grand Palace, Wat Po, etc. The breakfast is simple but more than edible. The area the hotel is in is surrounded by poverty but at no stage did we feel threatened. It is in close proximity to Khao San Road if thats what you fancy for an evenings entertainment or some ARMANDI t-shirts!
We had no issues with the wet room style bathroom and the whole floor was dry within minutes.
All in all a great place to stay and have a base for a few days exploring the sights of Bangkok.

As with others, despite having a map, our taxi driver got completely lost trying to find the hotel. He blamed the people at the airport desk for giving poor instructions. I would recommend really insisting it is near Khao San Road and working back from there. At least you'll be in the right area.
I wouldn't recommend taking any tours or transport from the hotel or their drivers. Go and book something from Khao San Rd - likely to be more reliable and inexpensive.
The room was fine - aircon worked well, bathroom was clean although with an unusual wetroom design, beds were hard but sleepable, wasn't too small, secure. The complimentary breakfast buffet was simple but nice. There is paid internet in the foyer.
The hotel is in a poorer area of Bangkok, but very close to all major tourist attractions. This is a good place to be based if you want to walk to all the sights, but you'd be better off in Sukhumvit, Siam Square or Silom if the primary purpose of your trip is shopping.
