Arrived at 21.00 after 6 hours of driving from Copenhagen just to find that the hotel had forgotten our discounted reservation and was unwilling to find any solution to the problem As the receptionist was very unhospitable and the hotel rules apparently too rigid to find any way out of the problem, we found another hotel for the night. So although the hotel has a fine location and that it seems nice on the surface, I will warn others about the hotel.
Update: The hotel later sent me an excuse by post and admitted was their fault alone. They have even provided us with a free night of accomodation - this is good and helps in the assessment... ;-)
