The San Leonino is an authentic Tuscan experience; 3 stars only but shining. Good service, charming facilities, you feel Tuscan.
A fantastic candlelight dinner there - in the garden. The visit to Cantitnetta is worth

My family and I just returned from a long weekend at the Hotel Belvedere Di San Leonino. We decided to spend a little extra money and book a Superior Double room, as we were traveling with our young toddler. Unfortunately, after we checked into our Double Superior room, we discovered that it was much smaller than we had thought upon booking. While we did have a bit of a view, the "superior" room was not worth an extra 50 Euro per night.
However, the hotel grounds were quite lovely. Dinner was served in the garden every night; the perfect atmosphere for an evening in Tuscany. I recommend this hotel to couples or those traveling with older children.
