I have stayed at the Europa Hotel Several times and have enjoyed every time i have stayed here. On this trip i must say the staff went above their duty for me and my partner as i requested flowers and chocolates etc to be in our room on arrival the staff had everything in place for me to have a special time and yes we are now getting married. The Staff at reception knew what was going on and were very discrete and had all the above ready. we had a lovely meal to our room in the dinning area. What a fabulous stay Thank-you to the Europa

Stayed here for 1 night last week for work reasons. Arrived at 17:30, the lobby area was smart and modern,check-in was quick and easy with friendly staff who were very welcoming! My room was on the 5th floor at the rear of the hotel. The room altho small had everything that you would want- large flat screen t.v, small table and chair, ample hanging space and a more importantly a very comfy bed.The bathroom was again small with only a shower no bath, but again was nice and modern. I had a walk around belfast but due to the time of day things were just closing, but the shopping looks really good and there was plenty of places to eat and drink. As work were paying I thought it was rude not to have room service back at the hotel, the food arrived within 20mins, and was of a very high standard, well presented and fresh (had the crab+prawn cocktail followed by cod and chips) it really was very good, and much better than the usualy room service food, cost was approx ?15 - i highly recommend it. A good nights sleep followed, but there was noise from the corridors and people closing doors, also walls were a little thin so cold hear t.v next door for a while. Had to leave at 05:00 the next day so as you would expect the hotel was very quite and check out seconds! Overall id recommend this hotel to anyone, its close to eveything in central Belfast (the city airport is 10min drive and ?8 taxi ride), its clean and comfortable, with good staff and good food. (I think the cost per night is ?85-?100, and its probably worth that!)
