Inn At Entrada - St. George, USA 

this was a really beautiful and relaxing stay - the 1 BR casita was twice the size of our apt. beautiful views, loved the bathroom with huge jacuzzi tub, and all the electric shades and lighting. Really could have spent a whole week at this place, it's a shame we were only there for 2 nights. we were there for a wedding but it turned out to be an extremely relaxing mini-vacation for us.

We absolutely love the Inn at Entrada and have been there several times in the past year. Our most recent stay was once again great, all except for an item that was clearly taken out of one of our luggage bags. It was an item we never removed from the bag and we know we had taken down with us. We noticed when we returned after house keeping had been there, that a few items were pulled out of my wife's bag and shuffled around. Keep in mind my wife is a fanatic about how her items are kept in her bag and exactly what outfits she has brought with her. She noticed this and thought it was out of the ordinary and quickly realized that one of her possessions had been taken. We have never had a problem like this before and I contacted the management. They said they would look into it and get back with me. I never heard back from them, so I called them once again and the manager said they looked into it and they apologize but there is nothing they can do. I explained my frustration, but got no where. It is extremely frustrating when one spends close to a thousand dollars for 2 nights and then they have things being taken out of their bags by house cleaning and management isn't willing to do anything about it. We are talking about an item of only $100 nothing to loose sleep over but it really boils down to the principal of how things were handled. I love the Entrada, but now seeing how they handle disturbing situations like this and are completely unwilling to resolve the matter, it makes me question the integrity of those running the inn at entrada. I thought without a doubt they would at a minimum say, "let us send you a gift card towards your next stay with us for $100 off". I really don't think this is to much to ask when I am a repeat customer. Make sure to lock your bags up in your car (even though it is 125 degrees in your garage) when you leave, because otherwise you may be out something when you return. I hate to write a bad review about somewhere I love visiting, but I am doing it so others don't end up having the same frustrating experience. I would hope that this issue still gets resolved, if it is I will make sure to post another review.
