As the name states, JW Marriott Bucharest is a GRAND hotel.
A very good position within bucharest parliament and city Marriott is a very luxurious hotel with a lot of business services.
I visited the hotel for a conference so I used most of the business facilities and wifi connection and conference services to my full satisfaction.
I had a very good night sleep and I would recomment.
Unlike some other reviews I read, my experience was excellent and when I return againt o Bucharest I will 100% stay in Marriott. I would recommend. A very busy hotel though.

Luxurious and extremely nice hotel. Very clean, rich and majestic decoration. Rooms are nice and comfortable, nice bathroom with separate bath tub and shower. The Italian Restaurant Cucina has wonderful decoration and ok cuisine. The Libanese restaurant is a must. Championship sports restaurant reminds of TGI Fridays. The cafes and lounge are nice and appropriate for business meetings. Casino is small but nice. It is much better to visit this hotel?s above services than outside since the quality is much higher. I read in other reviews that it is expensive and that eating outside the hotel is cheaper. If you see the restaurants outside the hotel you will understand why they are cheaper. There are some extremely nice stores (e.g.Louis Vuitton on spot). A few notes: The hotel advertises airport shuttle and even has a stand at the airport. There is no shuttle. It also mentions coffee and tea maker in the room. There is not. The concierge is not up to date with activities or tourist areas, also the concierge service is below average as some of the members are not willing to assist. Service at the reception needs improvement of a hotel of this standard. We did not have TV for two days, mentioned it twice and the issue was only solved when the manager of the hotel took the manner in his hands-literally. The taxi drivers that work with the hotel drive as crazy as the random drivers but you can ask the doorman for an arrangement. The hotel location is not convenient as you have to take a taxi to go anywhere (it takes about 20 minutes by taxi to go to Herastrau Park for coffee or dinner and it is worth it), but it is much nicer than the hotels downtown. The locals consider it to be the nicest hotel of Romania. The Spa has very basic treatments, is very loud and full of children, the steambath and sauna are extremely small (for 2 people) and cheap looking. On the other hand the Gym is large and very nice decorated.
