Very clean and staff very polite. Breakfast basic but sufficent plenty of bread and coffee.
Taxi from airport was ?15 but ripped off on way back as it was ?20 dispite having a set price on hotel otic board.

The Toss Hotel is not convenient to town, and the hotel lacks any form of atmosphere. I did discover the trams so that made journeys into riga much more affordable, a taxi from the Bus Station cost about ?19 and taxis from Riga about ?15. So use the trams, they are easy, frequent and affordable.
The hotel lists a range of services, like a spa, sauna etc but they were not available when I choose the use and was asked to give an hours notice. Not really the idea!
