New Hotel Palace - Marsala, Italy 

I called them directly and reserved a single room for 80Euro a night. It is located along the coast in the city of Marsala, right next to the Florio and Donnafugata wineries, but a 15 minute walk into the center of Marsala. The neighborhood is somewhat industrial and not very pretty, however I felt very safe. The hotel has a very large parking lot and very friendly staff. The breakfast was wonderful as well. While driving through Marsala I didn't know what to expect, but the hotel was a very pleasant surprise.

Stayed 2 nights at Hotel New Palace in Marsala. We booked this hotel through BB Planet.it The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel and property are gorgeous. We had a triple and a double room. Both rooms were large and clean with good beds. The hotel is located past the center of town on Lungumare Mediterraneo. We drove and there was plenty of free parking. They charged 5euro and hour for internet. We used this hotel as a base for touring Trapani, Erice and Segesta. The salt pans were interesting and worth stopping to investigate. The pool was large and lovely, although we didn't use it. Wish there was a fridge in the room.
