Best Western Hotel Master - Brescia, Italy 

Just out of the old city, in a busy suburb, the Hotel Master is thoroughly professional and well placed for business and pleasure. Seemingly recently refurbished throughout, this is a three star hotel that is better than many a four star hotel I have stayed at. Restaurant and Bar areas are light, airy and very comfortable. Rooms are a little small, (hence the three star rating I guess) but well appointed, clean and modern. Breakfasts are very good with fresh coffee available on request. I didn't eat in the restaurant but the menu looked ok. There are a couple of good trattorias about 15 minutes walk north (out of town direction) one called Campagnola and the other on the hill opposite - its well signposted but be prepared for a steep walk, worth it though.

L’hotel è molto bello, per quel che si spende. Si affaccia sul castello di Brescia. Le camere sono incantevoli e spaziose, pulitissime e l’hotel sembra nuovo oppure appena ristrutturato. Anche i bagni sono perfettamente puliti e piuttosto grandi. Il personale è molto cordiale e l’hotel si trova a soli 5 minuti dal centro con i negozi e i posti in cui mangiare. L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il ristorante, non ci andate, l’aspetto è invitante ma si mangia male e il menù è così limitato che sembra di non avere alcuna scelta, inoltre è caro, considerato che nelle piazzette del centro si può mangiare bene e si possono assaggiare gli autentici piatti della cucina italiana in ristorantini caratteristici!
