Each of these apartments (for maximum 4 people) contain a bedroom, a living room (with 2 chair-beds) and a bathroom, equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and a veranda (rooms on the ground floor), or a balcony (on the first floor).
Kitchenettes are available on request at an additional cost of EUR 25 for the whole stay, except for weekly stays from the 14th of June 2008 to the 5th of September 2008, when it is included in the rate.

Linen and towels are included (only upon arrival), any change is on request and has an extra charge. The guest has to provide for dishes-soap, floor-soap, and products as shampoo-shower gel and toilet paper in addition to the initial supply.

Wife and i stayed here for a week in June. Good location-we used it as a base for trips to Pisa, Florence, Lucca & Sienna and also had a couple of lazy days by the pool. Bus stop right outside takes you into central Pisa(20 mins) and from there the train service is very easy to use with frequent trains and reasonable fares. Hotel also arranged transfers to & from the airport for us, cost 28 & 35 euros - can defo do cheaper by bus/train but prefer ease and comfort of taxi! Rooms in Boboba reasonable, bonus having kitchen-can be quite noisy, esp if neighbours decide to rearrange furniture at daft o'clock. July/August are supposed to be busiest times of year for resort, lots of nice little restaurants/cafes, although not all open every night when we were there. No air con in room, not too bad in June but don't think i would have liked it much hotter. Hotel staff quite friendly and helpful. Hotel bar seemed quite expensive. Would defo return as had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday, good food, wine, sightseeing, weather etc

Quite simple to find by bus from Pisa central - just stay on until you see it, then press the bell to get off. Hotel room compact, clean and the kitchen area is a nice bonus as Marina di Pisa is a ghost town out of season so you can make your own snacks. The walls are quite thin so you can hear noises from the surrounding apartments. As we stayed in the quiet season, the town and hotel were a bit eerie, but can imagine that it has a good atmosphere when busy. Overall it was a pleasant stay with very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again!
