Hotel Savina - Rimini, Italy     

We arrived in Rimini by Car and had a little trouble finding the hotel due to the confusing nature of the one way system. The hotel had limited car parking so in high season this might become an issue. The hotel was located 5 mins walk away from the beach and about 20 mins from the city centre. The staff at the desk were very helpful and let us print off pages from the internet for free. They also were very informative about the area and suggested places to visit and eat. The room wasn't that small although the bathroom was a wetroom, which was fine for our purposes. The best part was the free wifi internet available in every room. Had an eventful night when the fire alarm went off! For its price and location, a great stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a long week-end recently and due to the reasonable price we were not expecting anything grand.However we were very pleasantly surprised on all aspects of this lovely little family run hotel.Over the years we have stayed in various hotels in France Spain Portugal and Italy ranging from 2 to 3star up to 5 star in Barcelona and Rome and we have to say that pound for pound this hotel is cracking value.We found the owners amongst the friendliest helpful people we have ever met ,nothing was to much trouble for them,even to the point of taking us to the shopping center in their own car.We had not booked an evening meal but after deciding to stay in the hotel for a meal on the second night of our 5 night stay we ate in the hotel every night.We therefore would have no doubts about recommending this hotel to anyone. Our only doubt would be that it is not situated in the main center but in the bustle of high season we think the quiet location would be an advantage.
