This was our second visit to the Oasi and it continues to be one of our favourite holiday destinations. The hotel has a fantastic position in a hillside position with fabulous views over the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius and the rooms (that we stayed in) were both excellent large, spacious rooms, with all the expected facilities. All rooms have balconies or private area with table and chairs outside. Hermelinda and her staff have a real passion for exceptional customer service and are extremely helpful and friendly beyond the normal call of duty. The food and service both at breakfast and dinner is exceptional and there is an extensive wine list. The hotel position is ideal for seeing all the top sites and exploring the Amalfi coast. The local village is 5 minutes walk, and is worth exploring whereas Positano is about 30 minutes drive and should be a must on everyone's places to visit. Amalfi is just over an hours drive and has a really interesting Church and Ravello is about 75 - 90 minutes drive and is well worth an extended vist. Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesusius are also within easy reach. Sorrento is only 15 minutes away (bus from the village) and is also worth a vist. If you have more time and energy, you can take a boat trip to Capri from Sorrento. (take a chair lift for some fabulous views on Capri). If you don't fancy visiting all the tourist spots, you can easily spend a few days lounging by the pool at the hotel just relaxing. All in all - Highly reccomended.

For our second three week visit to Italy, we wanted to stay somewhere on the Campania coast that offered beauty with a view, convenience and great service from a hospitable staff. All of the above were and are the Oasis Olimpia Relais. What a fantastic experience. From the time you drive up the driveway and look at the spectacular grounds, you are home away from home. The view of both the golf of Napoli and the golf of Salerno are at your front door. The convenience of staying in Sant' Agata was wonderful. You could walk from your hotel to the town, buy tickets for the bus ride to Sorrento and go anywhere from there. The hotel itself is impeccable. The rooms, the sitting area, the restaurant, the wine cellar, the outdoor ambience - all were more than expected. Along with this great place is a staff that we wouldn't trade for anything else in the world. The owner, Salvatore, is a gracious host. Ermelinda is the best director and her staff, extremely professional and accomodating. Within the restaurant, our chet Genarro was magnifcent. Stefano and Daniela, the best that could serve you. We rate the Relais a 5 star. We highly recommend it. Chet and Marianne Jamiolkowski from NH
