to contradict other reviews I have to say it is an excellent hotel with top class services and atitude, welcoming stuff, rooms, restorants and other facilities are best in Zagreb. for frequent business visitor its the most recomended hotel in Croatia.

Went on a hen party for 2 nights and stayed at this hotel expecting luxury. Didn't get that at all! For a start the receptionist was new, rude and took exception when I asked for my photocopy of my passport back. Two of us were put on the wrong floor but had to make do. At 8.30am we were woken by drilling and banging - not great with a hangover and certainly unexpected for a Saturday morning! They were refurbing the room two doors down and we hadn't been informed of this when checking in. This noise continued all day AND on Sunday!! Grrrr.
The breakfast was included but was quite horrid. Give the eggs a miss! Yellow rubber! Odd beans and rubbish bacon, garlic mushrooms (not what you need first thing).
Service was appaling too.
Nice jacuzzi though, and pool relaxing. Spa treatments good and friendly receptionist.
