Hotel is a good 3 star property. For me the best thing about it is its location in the centre of the city. One downside is that it can be noisy at night from traffic and people in the street or in neighbouring rooms as the soundproofing is not too good. In regard to room /cleanliness, etc. it was totally adequate for the hotel rating. On the whole everything was great although some of the reception staff need to interact more with guests and some have not learnt how to smile!!! Coffee at breakfast is horrid, from one of those awful automatic dispensers and tea just as bad but that is a small thing.
