Rooms
The 24 very comfortable rooms and suites offer a unique and refined environment. The muses inspired the name of each one of them: Au fil de l’eau, Le temps des cerises, Mélodie, Chant d’Automne, le Clos du Poète, le Refuge du Berger…
The decoration of the rooms is always associated with their theme. Exactly these details mark the singularity of every room: an object of art, a lamp, a drawing or a painting at the wall. Harmony in colours and materials strive for an ambience inspired by a mas provençal – a country house in the Provence – with all its refinement and comfort: beige, linen and wrought iron are dominant in the rooms. The drawing room is an irresistible invitation to relax.

We stayed 4 nights in early June after reading reviews on trip advisor. It was as good as was promised in other reviews. Our room was comfortable with firm beds, good linen and quality goodies in bathroom. The bathroom was a good standard with an excellent shower not always found in France. Our room looked over the parking lot and I would next time ask for a room on other side with view over the beautiful garden and pool. the room was well priced but the extras like breakfast at 17e and drinks expensive. A good solution is to travel with bottle . Ice is available. breakfast is available in the village a few steps away. or the baker opens early and his rolls delicious. The village offers several good restaurants . The best was on the left side of the lane as you walked up to the village from hotel. We visited a number of villages but think Fontaine de Vaucluse had the most to offer. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful especially Jerome with advice on sites to visit ,best markets etc. The gardens surrounding hotel were beautifully maintained but we made little use of them as it was cool during our visit. Only the Norwegians ventured into the pool. In summary and excellent and comfortable base to visit the area and we would, and have, recommended it to friends.
