Hotel Nicolo - Paris, France     

What a wonderful little gem of a hotel. Perfect place to stay if you are traveling with kids and want to stay in one room. We had a suite for 4 people. Very large and very nicely decorated. I don't know why it is rated only a two star. Great value. The staff was extremely friendly and the neighborhood is ideal for getting around Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Went to a Wedding this weekend in Paris. It was all booked for us so really didn't know what to expect. Arrived from airport on RER train, then got metro to Trocadero. It's a bit of a walk from the metro to hotel but not bad, takes about 10 minutes. When we arrived I just saw a tacky hotel sign and thought "Oh dear", but as we walked through the archway into the courtyard, I was pleasantly suprised!!! The little courtyard has been filled with plants and flowers and has a little seating area which is lovely. See photos already on here, however it looked better because all the flowers were in bloom. The hotel and rooms were very modern and tasteful. Every little detail was thought of. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definately go again it is worth a second visit.
