This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like a 1-2 star hotel. The hotel is in major need of an upgrade, the lights in the hallway to my room were flicking, did not feel safe in the hotel, the rooms are out dated, the front desk person was not helpful and rude .. etc..
The only advantage I see of staying at this hotel is because its proximity to the Gare du Nord, but even then I rather stay at the other hotels close by.
