My wife and I just returned from eight days in Paris and booked Eiffel Park after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. I must say, my five star rating is based upon the experience as a whole and know better than to try and compare this location with some of the much more expensive "world class" hotels in Paris. However, considering price and especially location, I would certainly recommend it. Here are some random thoughts:
1. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. They communicated with me via email before I even arrived and booked multiple dinner reservations at my request promptly. The service was outstanding in every way and the hotel manager could easily have been working at one of those aforementioned "world class" hotels.
2. The breakfast was a convenience and always enjoyable. You could make a case that it was a bit expensive, but the food was of high quality and the service strong. It was nice to know that it was waiting daily! Also, the sitting options were always quiet and comfortable.
3. The location is unbeatable. A small, quiet street that felt like home and was only two minutes from La Tour-Maubourg metro. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood that is accessible to the entire city via metro, this is the place. After touring most of the city, I would stay no place else. The only downside would be if you are a "night-life" person, it may not be for you. You could still get to clubs, etc., easily, but they aren't outside your door. However, there are loads of brasseries in the immediate area.
4. The rooms are Paris small, but not as small as some reviews would have you believe. It is Paris, so you aren't going to get a lot of leg room! But it's comfortable. The TV is small, but if you are staying in to watch TV, why did you come to Paris?
5. If you are noise sensitive, it is a pretty quiet hotel. The elevator can be a bit noisy, but I brough earplugs, as I always do because I hear everything. It didn't bother my wife at all, though.
6. Treat yourself to the stairwell! Also, go to the roof for a quaint view and breakfast.
7. All in all, a nice place to stay. Paris is an expensive city and with the weak dollar, this costs as much as a very nice San Francisco hotel. But, as much as I love San Francisco, this is Paris! :) One other note, there is a built in AC adaptor for hairdryers in the bathroom, but you'll need a universal for anything else, including your laptop. The Wi-Fi works fine, not blazing fast, but good enough!
I would certainly recommend the Eiffel Park and thank the staff for helping to make our stay amazing! Oh, one more thing, be careful, the maids come in and out in the afternoon on the first day, until the realize you're staying. They were very apologetic about it, and it never happened again....

For a 10-day stay in Paris to celebrate our 20th anniversary, we wanted a non-smoking room in a quiet area convenient for Metro and marketing. Our "superior double" (Room 401) for 145 Euros/night (booked in March for June stay) exceeded our expectations:
Entire hotel is smoke-free
Comfortable, good-size bed (between American double and queen size)
Bath with large sink and full-size tub with shower
Excellent room-darkening curtains (in a pretty toile to match the walls--pleasant traditional decor)
Quiet, effective air conditioning
Coffee/tea making equipment in room (very important for me!)
Small table and chairs in room and on small balcony, desk and small bedside tables
In addition to these basic comforts, the hotel provided friendly but discreet service. We liked to have leisurely mornings in the room or on our balcony with pastries from Julien's in the rue St. Dominique just down the street, and Housekeeping adapted to our schedule. There was always someone on duty in the lobby to help with our requests: sending an ironing board up, calling a cab. An unusual amenity was the 5th-floor terrace, a charming retreat where we enjoyed picnic dinners in the summer twilight, surrounded by jasmine and roses.
As some reviewers have mentioned, there is limited storage space: a quite narrow closet, no dresser, just one shelf in the bathroom. But my husband and I had just one suitcase each and didn't feel cramped.
We chose the hotel breakfast only twice, as it was 12 Euros and usually we weren't up in time. It's a good value if you want to stoke up for a long day of sightseeing. A buffet of cereals, juice, yogurt, fruit, bread and croissants is served in the sun room behind the lobby. The sweet surprise is honey from bees kept on the roof! I've never heard of a city hotel making their own honey, and though we meant to ask more about it, we never did so it all remains something of a mystery...
