In a 19c Haussmann style building, we offer various sizes of furnished flats to accommodate from one to six people.
Each flat retains many original features including fireplaces in the sitting rooms, parquet floors and ceiling cornices.
HotelHome Paris 16 has been renovated to the highest standards to provide its guests with the charm of traditional interior design linked to the latest technology, private phone lines, international TV channels, internet access by wifi, individual and adjustable air conditionning in all the bedrooms and sitting-rooms of our apartments "Twin Suite", "Suite Double" and "Family Suite" and fully equipped kitchens.
A daily cleaning service is offered : our maids are coming every day of the week, from monday to saturday, to do your beds, to clean your bathroom and do take out the dustbin and if necessary they change your sheets, pillow-cover and bath linen. Every week, they make a very complete cleaning of all the apartment and change all the provided linen.

HotelHome Paris 16 is one of the rare Paris apartments hotel that offers spacious apartments (30 to 65 m²) for up to 6 persons with one, two or three bedrooms, all with a lounge, one (or two) bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen.Each apartment has a convivial lounge/dining room, with a fireplace and central heating, decorated with a thick rug and moulding on the ceiling.
Old-style charm harmonies with modern technology and an individual and adjustable air conditioning system in all the bedrooms and sitting-rooms of all the "Twin Suite", "Suite Double" and "Family Suite" apartments. For the moment, the "Junior Suite" are the only one without air conditioning system.

Nous avons été reçus comme des amis et non comme des clients. L'appartement réservé est à la fois spacieux, confortable, de bon goût. L'équipe qui nous a accueilli est charmante, attentive et efficace, toujours joignable même quand la réception semble fermée. Le ménage quotidien est un service appréciable qui vous permet de partir le matin pour visiter Paris et de tout retrouver propre et en ordre en rentrant ! Des vraies vacances pour une mère de famille... Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente vraiment chez soi. C'est vraiment un endroit que je recommande à ceux et celles qui ont envie de passer quelques jours à Paris dans un appartement spacieux et bien tenu, confortable et agréablement décoré.

It might certainly be true that this it is not a hotel, but it is the most wonderful experience you could posible have in a beautiful city like Paris. This place is more about living in Paris than visiting. You live in a residential area just like all your neighbors, you buy your croissant at the nearest bread store, you shop at the neighbor market for the freshes cheese you could ever imagine and buy the most wonderful wine where every other Paris resident is buying theirs. Add all this to the fact that your are staying within walking distance of the Eiffel Tour and the "metro" is just a couple of blocks away to take you to the most wonderful tourist attractions you may wish or to the best restaurant in town. I loved this place and would return not once but as many times as I posibly could. The appartments are beautifully decorated, very confortable and extremely clean. Not for the every day tourist but certainly the most wondefully kept secret for anybody that wishes to live in Paris for a few days.
