As the previous reviews have said this a lovely B&B. Our deluxe room had a seaview (allbeit between two buildings). Very friendly and clean with the standard of breakfast expected of this rating of hotel. The car park, at a squeeze, would hold 10 vehicles, which is a plus in St Malo. We have previously stayed at the other end of of boulevard Hebert, which is more convenient for restaurants, especially if it is raining! Yes, we would definitely stay there again.

My husband, daughter (6) and I had the pleasure of spending five nights at the beginning of May in the wonderful Hotel Villefromoy. We were impressed from the moment of arrival. The welcome was very friendly and the hotel was utterly charming and spotless. Breakfast was a lovely, calm affair with a great choice, and the breakfast room cool and accessorised by someone with flair and an eye for detail. An extra bed had been put in our room for our daughter and both it and our gigantic double bed were extremely comfortable. The building is Second Empire, but the furnishings and fittings are modern, almost minimalist. The marriage of the two styles works extraordinarily well. There was not a speck of dust to be seen anywhere throughout the hotel, and the bathroom in particular was gleaming. The salon on the first floor had a sea-view, and an atmosphere of peace and calm, while the small terrace near reception was a perfect spot for a post-dinner cognac. We're all looking forward to returning.
