The Grange Country House - Keswick, United Kingdom 

Stayed at the Grange for several nights and it was excellent. Room with ensuite was beautifully done, breakfasts were amazing and the whole property certainly lived up to its five star status with great views of Catbells and the fells. Made to feel very welcome by Sally and Mark and their team. Definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Keswick.

The Grange Country House is a great place to stay if you are visiting Keswick. When we arrived we soon discovered why the hotel was rated as a 5* guest house. The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I have encountered yet. The rooms were ideal for our short stay, although myself and my fiancee stayed in one of the smaller double rooms, the decor and view certainly made up for that. The room is big enough, unless your intention is to stay indoors all day! Having seen the bigger rooms I can certainly say that this guest house is more than worth a visit. Clearly the rooms have recently been refurbished, all have flat screen TVs with Freeview and very nice bedspreads. A truly first class breakfast is available at this guest house. Loved it! Oh, and great biscuits.
