Good Place To Get Robbed

Stayed here last August, hotel is nice and modern close to a shopping mall but a good 30 minute walk into the town centre. BUT DO NOT EVER take your eyes of your property we were robbed in broad daylight at reception whilst checking out, two pieces of cabin size bagage were taken from us while we stood at the reception from the floor we noticed it immediately, but they had disappeared into thin air could not believe it. Hotel reception staff did NOT want to know even though they had CCTV of the area, looks like they were all in on it. We had to go to the main police station in Benidorm to get our police report, then back to Alicante British Consulate for paperwork to get home cost of ?120 for 2 adults, they do up to 20 a day of these for robbed British tourists, thats the Spanish costas for you!!!!!
